Thunderbird Legacy Development, LLC – The Blue

Thunderbird Legacy Development, LLC is setting the mark for high-end residential and 5-star hotels in downtown Phoenix with The Blue. Located on a historical site in the Warehouse District, currently undergoing redevelopment, The Blue will preserve the existing one-story brick façade while turning an existing warehouse into an adaptive reuse and mixed-use project. The Blue is a ground-up construction project that will consist of 27 stories split into a 202-key/5-star hotel and 200-unit luxury condominiums including a state-of-the-art pool and gym, 408-space parking garage, and a high-end restaurant and grocery store on site. Construction on The Blue is expected to start in April of 2023.
