Strength in Change; New GM Joins Chicago Office

Chris Valenti has joined our team as the new Vice President and General Manager in our Chicago office, bringing 35+ years of industry experience, proven leadership, and a strong reputation for integrity to PMA.

Previously a Principal of Valenti Interests, LLC and Vice President of Valenti Builders, Inc., his experience as a developer of several of Chicago’s marquee projects include the headquarters of Northern Trust Bank, AT Kearney, and Ariel Investments. He is active in the local CRE industry and deeply invested in the community, serving on multiple boards including The Chicago Public Library, WTTW broadcasting system, and the Big Shoulders Fund.

Chicago Vice President, Jeff Zahorak transitions from Chicago GM to focus on expanding PMA’s Investor Representation portfolio.  Building on his record of successfully delivering projects for local and national developers, Jeff’s focus will serve to expand PMA’s service offerings and reach on a national scale.

These exciting changes will position the Chicago office to capitalize on our outstanding local talent and strong national brand. In addition to experience, Chris brings enhanced local and strategic connections that will maximize our presence in the Chicago market.
