A LONG TIME AGO, IN A GALAXY FAR, FAR, AWAY…

Bernie Baker and Omar Rihani left their homes at PMA to explore other worlds and experience new adventures.  We’re excited to announce that they’ve both recently returned, bringing that experience and energy to their new senior leader roles:

Bernie Baker, Vice President – San Francisco ,Bernie rejoins PMA as the lead relationship and team manager for HCP, Inc., a large life sciences and healthcare client, focusing on both portfolio administration and project specific oversight.  With over 30 years of industry experience, he also contributes to business development strategy and mentors staff to support their project success and professional growth. Prior to his return, Bernie served as Senior Manager, Design and Construction for a Fortune 100 Tech company with a large portfolio of owned and leased spaces in various geographies.

Omar Rihani, Vice President – Chicago,As a senior development resource with more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, Omar returns to PMA to work with internal team members to evaluate market opportunities and develop strategies to help expand the firm’s portfolio and presence both locally and on a national level. Prior to returning to Chicago, Omar served as Senior Director, Development for UDR, Inc. where he oversaw development team activities, portfolio strategy, and project delivery in California, Denver, New York City, and Philadelphia. Prior to that, Omar was Vice President, Construction at CA Ventures, responsible for leading the Eastern Region project team.
