New Assisted Living Facility Coming to Seminole County

The office park conversion to an assisted living facility will include a 91,000 square foot renovation and construction of a 43,000 square foot memory care facility that will accomodate 44 beds.  The project is designed to create a family-friendly atmosphere will include a dog park and courtyard. The project is scheduled to commence early next year.
