Harrison Street Real Estate Capital’s Groundbreaking at Innovation Park

Harrison Street Real Estate Capital recently celebrated a project milestone breaking ground on the second phase of their P3 project on Michigan State University's health campus, nicknamed the Medical Mile. The new 10-story medical office building development is part of MSU's Innovation Park and will house various tenants.

Perrigo, a pharmaceutical company, will fill the top three floors with its new North American Headquarters. The other space in the building will be filled with a variety of other tenants dedicated to medical innovation.

The team celebrated this milestone alongside a mix of national and local project team members:
