Equinox Development Properties, Inc. – Waterstar Orlando

Located in the Kissimmee Theme Park area Equinox Development Properties, Inc.'s project WaterStar Orlando is underway. This new ground-up/multi-tenant retail building sits on 35 acres and is perfectly positioned in SW Orange County adjacent to the fastest growing residential community, Horizon West, Orlando’s tourism, and entertainment attractions. This development will consist of the best-in-class retail anchors, restaurants, specialty retail, and community space for event programming. WaterStar Orlando is set to have 320 residential units allowing residents to call this place home. Phase II of the project will add an additional 200 units.

Just last week the project team met for an on-site OAC meeting and saw the tilt panels lifted into place. The unique ground-up project is an exciting collaboration between Eleven18 Architects, civil engineer Kimley-Horn, and contractors J Raymond Construction and Jimmy Hickman Excavating Site.,
