Construction Begins on 2111 S. Wabash in McCormick Square
Draper & Kramer broke ground last week on the long-awaited 2111 S. Wabash project. The South Loop development includes a new 24-story residential high-rise boasting 275 units, retail space, a 25,000 square foot amenity area, and an 88-car parking podium. The tower adds to what the city has dubbed the “McCormick Square” entertainment district in and around the infamous McCormick Place Convention Center.
The project is anticipated to be complete in Summer 2020.
