465 North Park Breaks Ground in Chicago

A groundbreaking ceremony took place for 465 North Park, a new, luxury high-rise residential development located in the Streeterville neighborhood of downtown Chicago.  The ceremony was attended by representatives from the project team, investors, and the City of Chicago.  The 48-story, 600,000 square foot building will consist of 444 upscale units and 30,000 sqare feet of common space.
